About The Founder & CEO of THE POWER CIRCLE

Delmann Pampris Tsati Bouanga (Queen P) is a Texas-based entrepreneur, author, certified REALTOR®, and founder of multiple purpose-driven ventures including BORREM LLC, YT+, MALØX, Faymo, and The Power Circle.

Born and raised in the Republic of Congo, Delmann’s journey is rooted in resilience, reinvention, and vision. Her path to entrepreneurship was shaped by real-life challenges from navigating housing instability as an immigrant in the United States to rebuilding her life through skill, faith, and determination. Those experiences became the blueprint for the businesses, platforms, and ecosystems she leads today.

As the Founder & CEO of BORREM LLC (Bequest of Resources for Real Estate Management), Delmann created more than a housing company she built a mission-driven platform focused on stability, dignity, and opportunity for individuals and families in transition.

She is also the founder of Faymo, an innovation-driven platform centered on modern connection, digital opportunity, and cultural impact, as well as The Power Circle, a global media and empowerment platform created to amplify ambition, influence, and legacy.

Delmann holds Bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science and Business Administration (BBA/Management), along with certifications in Real Estate, Property Management, liens, taxes, and foreclosures. Her professional background spans real estate, technology, healthcare, beauty, media, and business development.

Beyond business, she is the author of L’entrepreneuriat à l’échelle internationale , Mom’s Planner Journal and The $1500 Shift projects designed to equip others with practical tools for entrepreneurship, structure, and global thinking.

Grounded in faith, leadership, and service, Delmann believes that access to opportunity, stability, growth, and dignity should never be considered luxuries. She believes true success is built by creating systems that restore dignity, expand access, and leave lasting legacy.
